Recently, the Sixth Gastrointestinal Tumor and Weight Loss Metabolic Progress Workshop, jointly organized by Quanzhou First Hospital, Nan'an Hospital and Jinjiang Hospital, was successfully concluded. This conference brought together nearly 100 domestic famous experts and 100,000+ online experts to participate.
During the conference, two live surgical sessions were conducted by Miconvey. The first surgery was a complete laparoscopic right hemicolectomy performed by Prof. Li Xinyu's team from Quanzhou First Hospital, and the second was a laparoscopic left hemicolectomy performed by Prof. Fangqian and Prof. Lin Jinsong's team from Nanan Hospital.
In the right hemicolectomy, Miconvey ultrasonic scalpel was used throughout the operation, and its precise dissection and reliable hemostasis were praised by the attending surgeon and the experts who observed and instructed on line.
In the left hemicolectomy, the Miconvey ultrasonic scalpel and powered endoscopic linear cutting stapler were used. The ultrasonic scalpel cut quickly and coagulate well. The powered surgical stapler can anastomosis with Stability and and guarante perfect staple forming, which was unanimously approved by the chief surgeons.
